Who’s up for some football betting today? What’s that, you all are? Well, you should be, because we are in for a treat again, with the 4th matchday of the Football World Cup Qualifiers sealing the fate of some teams already.
I hope you all remember how well we “performed” last week with our betting picks, and if you do let’s leave the chit-chatting aside and get down to business:
Belarus – Georgia under 2.5 goals, 1.65 Gamebookers odds
Group I has the Spain – France derby today, but while “normal” football fans will be busy with that, you betting enthusiasts should focus on Belarus – Georgia. The home team has only scored once in three games so far, while the away team has scored twice, receiving two goals, so this is a match that will most likely end 1-0, 1-1 or 0-0.
Russia – Azerbaijan pick: Russia with 0-1 handicap, 1.33 odds
Although Azerbaijan hasn’t had its worst start to a qualifier, drawing against Israel, Russia will surely prove an incredibly tough side for the minions. The Russians have scored seven times in three matches, while not receiving any goal, so at least a 2-0 win is almost certain.
Albania – Slovenia halftime or fulltime X, 1.62 odds
Another evenly matched contest that some of you might be keen to ignore will take place in Tirana. Albania and Slovenia seem to both be out of contention for the World Cup qualifying spots, but they will surely do their best to get something out of this game. Both teams have won a match and lost two so far in Group E.
Andorra – Estonia under 2.5 goals, 1.95 Gamebookers odds
Though Andorra is accustomed to being involved in matches with a lot of goals scored, the one against Estonia has very slim chances of going down like that. Both Andorra and Estonia have big zeros next to their names in the points and goals scored sections in the Group D classification, so it’s unlikely we will be seeing a “show” tonight, in Andorra La Vella.
